At S'moo, our priority is to make S'moo affordable and accessible to everyone which is why we offer multiple shipping options at checkout.

We process orders within 1-2 business days and offer the following shipping methods:

Domestic:

Flat Rate Shipping - $5 on every order

Free Shipping over $75 - Get free shipping after you spend $75 (US Only). 

Canada:

We offer fast service to Canada with UPS. The services are outlined below:

UPS Mail Innovations (7-10 Business Days) - $5 Flat Rate Pricing or FREE shipping over $75.

DHL - Prices are calculated at checkout based on weight/size of package. 

International: 

 We offer a flat rate of $5 with orders under $100 and FREE Shipping on orders over $100. We ship worldwide (excluding Italy & Germany*) & offer 3 discounted services with USPS and full rate DHL. The services are outlined below: 

First Class International (7-14 Business Days) - $5 Flat Rate Pricing or FREE Shipping on orders over $100. 

Priority Mail Express (7-10 Business Days) - Starts at $35 

DHL - Prices are calculated at checkout based on weight/size of package. 

** Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States & Canada. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. *Due to strict supplement import regulations, we are unable to ship to Germany & Italy at this time.**
