Package is showing delivered, but I haven't received it.

Didn't receive your order but it is showing delivered? Please email us at [email protected] to let us know. We will be happy to help get a new package on the way to you with no cost to you. 

However, we require an agreement to our resend policy. If the tracking states delivered, our resend policy states that once we resend your order, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund due to our complimentary package. In order for us to reship your package, we will ask you to please respond to us with the following information:

1. Address Confirmation - We want to make sure we are sending it to the correct address! 

2. "I understand your resend policy" 

 We look forward to resolving this for you!
